I loved my plastic rings with lids and was hoping for something similar for the metal lids. Sure enough, Mason Bottle makes one so I ordered it. At first I thought it wasn’t working & leaking, but my husband showed me that I just wasn’t pushing it on hard enough! I thought if I pushed too hard I might break some of the snaps, but that wasn’t the case. Very durable, very secure, and now that I’m used to it, it’s easy to take off and on!(Customer service was very gracious when I thought I had a defective product. Luckily I realized it was my fault it wasn’t snapping on all the way!)

I haven’t been able to figure out how to snap it on. I can set it on top, but when I push down, it doesn’t secure on there at all. I can push down on one side and it’ll be partially secure, but then because it is unevenly on the band, it doesn’t come off easily & it pushes on the nipple so if it’s upside down with the lid on it ends up leaking everywhere. I am using Ball brand jars and lids, but maybe the lid I received is defective? I love this brand, the nipples & sippy cup attachments are all great, but I’ll just have to continue cap-less for the time being. On the bright side, it doubles as a toy as the shape is very easy for my daughter to grasp :)

So happy to finally have a cap for the nipples but the caps don’t always 100% of them time fit on the metal ring. Only one side actually pops in and locks …. if you’re lucky. If there is a trick, I would be open to learning but I’ve had these almost a month, and they are still weird to use.

I don’t think this item clicks well onto metal rings.

These are so simple and I absolutely love the ease of turning a mason jar into a bottle.

These fit too snuggly on standard Ball jars. In fact, my use was that when i used the metal rings with the Mason Bottle nipples and these caps, the rings, nipple, and caps would pull off the jars, spilling the milk inside. I could only snap one side of the three contact clips at a time. When i finally used force to snap the cap all the way around with all three tabs, it was almost impossible to separate the metal ring away from the cap. I'll be seeking a refund for the 6 I purchased and opt for the plastic Mason Bottle rings and caps sets that work much better. I like that the Mason Bottle company tried to adapt the existing product with its nipples and caps but the caps currently do not fit Ball rings + Mason Bottle nipples well.

We have recently decided to move off of plastic bottles and into glass with the arrival of kiddo number two. These make it really easy and inexpensive to make a healthy switch for your family.

It is awesome that these caps allow me to use the mason jars I already have instead of buying new. My only complaint as a busy mom would be that they are tricky to get open one handed, but at the same time I am so glad they protect the milk inside from spilling out that it’s a problem worth having.

I love how secure they are on the bottle so I never have to worry about them just falling off and the nipple getting dirty

Love that this product is even offered! Really makes the mason bottle complete!

Love these bottles and top

The cap works to keep liquid sealed inside the bottle. We have traveled with water already in the bottle so we can just add formula on the go and we haven't had any leaks. The cap secures with a click over the metal ring. So you need to take the cap off and then unscrew the ring/nipple to open the bottle. Also the cap is not flat on top, it is almost, so it wobbles if you place it upside down. I mention this because it would be nice if the cap top was flat on top so I could place the ring/ nipple inside while I add formula to the bottle while I'm on the go, without the risk of it falling over.

I have yet to receive my order.

I love the mason bottles, and the cap easily snaps on and off of the metal ring jars while keeping it secure. Works great!

Snaps on easily, and creates a really good seal against leaks as long as aligned straight.

It doesn't fit snuggly. Now I need to order the plastic rings and caps.

I really love the mason jar bottle caps. They are perfect and they fit as caps for the straw set up as well!

These snap on perfectly. Love that I can use what I already have and don’t need to use up more cabinet space for bottles.

Sometimes when you take the cap off it pulls the whole metal ring and nipple off too I much more preferred the plastic ring and flip lid, I also feel the other lid will be easier if I only have one hand to open the bottle/take the cap off .

Bottle cap fits snuggly and is easy to clean. This works with the metal rings.

I use this cover over both the nipples and the straws for when we head out. I'm still midful of it not being upside down and tossed around but so far I haven't had any spills! It works great!

Convenient, caps work well. But sometimes the vents don't work/get stuck. But in general pretty good.

Perfect Fit There is nothing worse than a bottle cap that pops off too easy or totally leaks (I'm looking at you MimiJumi). I was a little nervous how this cap would fit considering it's made o be a universal fit for any old mason jar. Well this cap works! It securely snaps on to all our jars and keeps the nipple clean and leak free when I throw a bottle of milk in my bag :)

Work great! These caps fit well on any regular mouth mason jar. They stay on, and keep the bottle nipple from rubbing on everything in the diaper bag. Love them!
