Interpretation

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times:

Orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are processed between 7am-5pm EST M-F and are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping Rates, Carriers & Delivery Estimates:

Mason Bottle uses the following carriers for shipping:

• USPS
• UPS

Shipping charges for Your Order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout, however Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipping Speed:

The shipping speed of the order begins after our team has fulfilled the order and the carrier has picked it up from our fulfillment center. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Mason Bottle ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for Your Order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout, however international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Mason Bottle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Your order will be shipped to the address input at the time of ordering. We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the carrier. 

Mason Bottle will not be held responsible if You provide the wrong shipping address and We cannot recover the package. If Your Order is returned to Us due to invalid address or refused delivery, the Goods will be restocked and We will provide store credit, less the cost of the shipping and a $5 restocking fee to You.
