Return Policy
At Mason Bottle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process through our self-serve returns portal. Please review our full return policy below for more details.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 120 days from the date or purchase
- Certain items such as items marked as final sale, items received as part of a free gift promotion, or individual components of items sold as a set (ex: just the sleeves from the Essential Gift Set, just the nipples from the Healthy Baby Starter Set, etc) shipping, and package protection are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return Your Item
We’ve made it simple to process your return through our self-service portal:
1. Log in to your account: My Account
- Enter your email address, and then click "Continue"
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code
2. Locate the order for the items you are wanting to return and click "Request Return".
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and please include any notes for the store.
3. Click "Request Return"
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. Please do not ship your items back prior to receiving the approval email. We will not be able to accept your return or refund the items.
If your return request is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you a refund in accordance with our policy, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Late Returns
- Returns outside the 120-day return window will not be accepted.
