    Love these bottles! The nipples are super slow for my breastfed baby. First time using the 8 ounce bottle, it fell and shattered. I contacted Mason Bottle and they sent me a replacement FAST! HIGHLY recommend!

    Customer service is outstanding

    I had been using the glass mason bottles since our little one was born in 2023. I felt safer using them rather than the plastic ones that have been reported to leach chemicals in milk. I noticed two had broke after warming them in the bottle warmer. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the bottles. They answered me the next day! It was so fast. I explained my problem and what was going on. They sent two replacement bottles without hesitation. Now I have my set of mason bottles back for the next baby due in August. Thank you Mason Bottle customer service.
