 Our manufacturing facility, located in upstate New York, is following all CDC sanitary guidelines to ensure clean equipment and healthy staff. They have also stopped all business related travel and have barred their employees from traveling internationally and they have shut down their facilities to outside visitors.

Our factory has been able to deem our baby bottles an essential item, giving them special permission to continue manufacturing them while other non-essential items are paused.

Yes. While the materials and machines used are sterilized, and the finalized product kept secured from dust and debris - we always recommend to clean your products before use.All products are top-rack dishwasher safe.

If you choose to sterilize in boiling water for 5 minutes, please stir constantly to prevent any plastic pieces from melting (silicone and glass pieces will be fine regardless).

While most baby bottle companies have a 30-90 day return window. Mason Bottle's policy is drastically more flexible. We will accept returns on unopened, unused product for any reason with no time constraints. So ordering early, even if you don’t expect your baby for a few months is a good idea. In general, during these unprecedented times, order anything you need for baby as early as possible because almost all businesses, including Amazon, are experiencing delays.
