PRODUCT REVIEWS
Customers praised the rust-free design and ease of use for travel. Many found them superior to metal rings and appreciated the attached cap. However, concerns included durability issues when dropped, occasional leaking, threading difficulties, and caps breaking at the hinge. "Makes it so easy to go from milk storage to bottle."

Love that these have a way to cover my stone bottle for travel
These rings are very nice. They are easy to wash and to use. We really like that the caps are so easy to pull off!
Haven’t used it for a feeding yet but makes life a lot easier to be able to store and feed from same bottle
I love these—they don’t rust which makes them an easy clean! A tip I’ve found with the bottles is keep the ring somewhat loose while warming the bottle then tighten right before you use it (as the glass expands with heat) and it prevents any leaks!
This ring caps need some re working. They don’t go on the bottles smoothly , it’s a hassle to try to put on with a hungry baby bat one am. And they leak like crazy even if you do put them on right and tight. I’m sorry to say I will not be ordering any more items after this.
The plastic ring fits the mason jar with the bottle nipple much better than the metal ring, also, now I do not have to worry about rust either. I recieved a set of the cap and ring that did snap, however, once I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful and offered to send me a new set, and it works great! So happy with this purchase and looking forward to using this with my baby!
These are helpful when I'm prepping bottles for the day and don't want to leave the nipples exposed in the fridge. My only wish is that the nipple didn't touch the top lid when the lid is closed.
Fits perfectly for my regular mouth jars. can’t wait to use it
I really wanted to like these. I was skeptical of the rings being plastic but gave it a whirl since there were no other options on the site. We converted one of our jars into a sippy cup and it took about 20 seconds for my 12m old to drop it. The ring snapped and liquid went everywhere. Do not buy these if your kid will ever drop the cup...

The ring can leak sometimes, but they last way longer than my Philips Bottle Rings. Totally recommend them!
it’s a great solution for traveling with nipples. cap can get in the way but not too bd
I started using the metal l mason jar rings, but they started resting so I switched to these plastic rings and they are much easier to screw on the jars than the metal ones! The only downside is, I dropped a bottle and the ring broke fairly easy… Other than that I love them!
I’ll be buying these vs the metal ring models for our travel days anyways. No chance of lost caps or missing them. They’re a bit bulkier in baby’s face but he doesn’t seem to mind. These are better suited for use with the silicone sleeves without handles bc then it just adds more and more bulk. These seem to seal better 100% of the time whereas with the metal rings, we do have some issues sometimes. Be sure not to overtighten, the plastic is not as strong as the metal and may crack. Anyways, loving these and especially for leaving the house these have become our go to!
Makes it so easy to go from milk storage to bottle. We are loving this product!
Love this product so much, why does anyone buy regular baby bottles? These nipples as part of the Mason bottle system greatly reduce the baby clutter and single use baby items.
I am beginning to prefer these over the metal ring, nipple, and cap. The cap doesn’t go missing as often. The baby took some getting used to with having the cap in his face during drinking but he’s used to it after just a week or two. These do go better with the silicone sleeves without the handles it seems because it’s a bit less bulky and orientation doesn’t matter so much. Have 6 of them. Will be ordering these from here on!
Love using glass jars for my baby, however the plastic rings aren’t the smoothest going on. The threads dont always line up when putting them on the jar, not as easy as the metal rings do at least. I find it to be especially troublesome when I’m using them with the mason bottle pump adapter. The plastic lids twist on just fine, but the plastic rings always give me an issue
The cap has fallen off a couple times, and a small crack in the ring occurred after a couple days (baby probably threw it.) But other than that, pretty nice! Easy to screw on and off, so much nicer than regular canning rings.
I'm grateful to have plastic rings for use with my second baby's bottles, as we used metal mason jar rings with my first baby and it was a pain having to hand wash and dry them to avoid rusting. But the lid on these could use some improvement. We've only been using our new lids for 3 weeks since starting daycare, but the two lids I've had for a few years from other Mason Bottle products don't click shut very tightly anymore. The bottle nipple gets smashed down a bit by these lids, so if the lids don't click tightly closed, that pressure from the nipple makes them pop open very easily and/or not stay closed at all. I'm having to apply a small piece of tape to hold the older lids shut. I can't tell if this is a matter of wear - though honestly, we had hardly used the older lids before now - or if the design has improved in the past couple of years. The design looks to be the exact same as it was, but the new lids aren't having this issue of popping open, at least not yet. If Mason Bottle would just make the dome of this lid a bit taller so the nipple wouldn't touch the top (which is how their lids that are used with metal mason jar rings are), it would prevent the problem altogether!
Easy to use & clean.
Really disappointed in these they all leak and drip all over my baby. The design is nice I will say but they’re completely useless since she ends up wearing most of her formula. I’ve had them less than a week and one of the caps have broken off the rings. Wish I had kept the boxes to return them.
Works well! I used on small mason jars
i have recently discovered and fallen in love with mason bottle! i love the fact that all i need to buy are nipples and plastic rings with caps; i can just use the mason jars and sleeves i have at home! i’m a foster mom for infants and mason bottle is the only bottle every one of my babies has taken! the lid being attached to the ring is so helpful, especially when my babies are at daycare! i highly recommend to everyone!
Do not get these, they are such a great idea but leak like crazy. Tried mine several times with zero success. I LOVE everything thing else from Mason Bottle however so this is the only product I would not recommend.
Leak like crazy
my baby had broken 3 of these by dropping his cup from the high chair. But I still try to use them
I really wanted to like these caps, but they’re not quite as good as I’d like. The nipple is great, and my baby does well with them. I love the jars which are sturdy, freeze and travel well, and have good measurement markings on the side. But the plastic cap is difficult to tighten, And sometimes is almost impossible to get threaded correctly meaning that milk leaks.
My husband and I both have trouble getting these to close properly. Support gave us suggestions of making sure the bottle is on a hard surface when closing but let’s be honest, when you are by yourself with a fussy baby, it’s impossible to close these correctly and it causes a huge mess. I hate to give these a bad review as I was excited about these bottles, but unfortunately we have bought new bottles to replace these since they do not work for us.
I was so excited to get these, but they don’t screw on properly, so it makes the bottle leak pretty badly. It’s a great concept, but I think the problem is that the threading doesn’t align quite right with the threading on the bottle (and I’m using the Mason Bottle glasses).
Loved it
